Hey everyone! The spookiest party of the year has finally arrived! This year’s Halloween Party is now going on until November 1st, and has been greatly improved since last year! The party has awesome decorations, and even a brand new Haunted Mansion! To start off with our guide, we will start with the key scavenger hunt:
This year’s scavenger hunt is necessary for us to open the big chest at the beginning of the Haunted Mansion! So to start off, here are all of the key locations:
1st Key: Entrance to the Haunted Mansion
2nd Key: Graveyard
3rd Key: Dining Hall
4th Key: Library
5th Key: Study
Once you find all of the keys, you can go to the treasure chest at the beginning of the mansion and unlock it!
When you see what is what inside, you will receive a pair of Ghost Goggles! Here is how to use them:
Once you have your ghost-seeing abilities, up from the treasure chest through either of the two doors and you will see a new hidden door is available!
When you walk through the door, Geriwald VIII will give you a free background!
Inside of the Ghost Lab, there are a few things you can do! First, make sure you check out the Monster Catalog:
In this, penguins can find an awesome ghost hunter uniform! Members can also buy new costumes!
And for members only, if you waddle inside of the Ghostamatron…
You become a ghost! You can fly around and be ghostly! If you press D, you will scare penguins! When you first press D, you will be taken to the To-Boo List…
Club Penguin has added another feature to this party that they used in both the Music Jam and the Adventure Party! After certain dates, you will be able to collect new items for completing the To-Boo List! Here is how it works:
As Geriwald tells you, once you haunt in each of those rooms, you will be able to collect the furniture items up to 99 times! Here is a closer look at the items:

Awesome! If you ever want to turn back into a normal penguin, or see your awesome ghostly self, you can check out your player card!
